Hi! Expenses on the excluded transactions list in a credit card's terms and conditions typically do not count towards the card's minimum spend requirement (though some exceptions exist). Excluded transactions almost always include annual card fees, instalment payments, late payment charges, tax payments, interest, cash advances & more.
