Does anyone know how to transfer your shares from SCB Online Trading to DBS Vickers or my Own CDP?

How much does it cost and what's the proper procedure to do it?

Is it chargable by Per Stock basis?

You have to go to the standard chartered bank branch and ask them to transfer the shares for you.

Yes is charged by stock counter about $10.70 incl gst.

Open a CDP account.

Get the share transfer form from SCB and fill up. It will take a while to finish the process from filling in to receiving in CDP.
