Does anyone know can HDB release the keys 1 yr in advance?

Go to the site once in a while and chat with the workers there, they will be able to tell you how's the progress like then you will know when can collect keys.

Before Covid may be 2-3 quarters earlier. it depends on projects complexity, developer and subcontractor progress. they may release keys of some blocks earlier than the other blocks as not all blocks top at the same time Even though it's same project.

but not too optimistic it can be a year earlier post Covid. You can write in to HDB ask them to expedite your key collection when your unit is ready by giving justification.
