From experience, its best to get it from a reputable and has been in the business for quite sometime as you need to insure that the insurer is and still able to pay whatever claims that you need when you need it 15-20 yrs from now.

Stay away from those companies that offers 'all in' or 'we'll pay everything' as in my experienced, such companies has a good chance of getting bankrupt before you can enjoy your policy as when their policy holders starts claiming for benefits, they are not able to support/sustain it. I've seen a number of this in my home country and these were considered 'reputable' and like 'household names' in the insurance business, it just that their model wasnt sustainable, hence they went under when the policies starts maturing and claiming benefits.
