Does anyone here have a side hustle to help with supplementing their main income stream?
How did you find that side gig to do? How did you go around your company policies on that and what's the best way to start doing something?

Hi Anon,
I don't have a side hustle currently, as I'm awaiting to start school & don't know if I'll be able to manage.
Regarding the company policy side of things, I suggest you scrutinise the black & white first. Should your company not to specifically mention such a clause, then it should be fine. Freelance, teach tuition, start a business...the options are endless, IMO it's more important to find a side gig that you find bearable. As something you do on top of your current job, it should not serve to wear you out even further.
You mention about supplementing your main income stream, I'll infer that you're unsatisfied with your current salary? Perhaps you could look into asking for a pay rise, or even consider changing to a higher-paying job?
I wish you all the best. Cheers
