Does anyone encounter slow response from TD Ameritrade from their support/customer service team? I have requested withdrawal & they request a bank statement proof. But they are responding very slow.?

Hey there yes I opened an account with TD ameritrade as soon as i found out they were offering zero commision fees and they told me account opening takes at least 3 weeks.

I have 2 of my youtube subscribers who emailed me and asked me the same thing if their service is slow.

I think now they are experiencing a high influx of demand ever since they released the zero commission fees offer.

So I think that is one of the cause of their slow replies too.

Quite a bummer actually
