Does anyone DCA on cyrpto (BTC, ETH)?

I do. DCA on BTC, ETH is fine if you manage the sizing of your positions. This is a good strategy for people who keep crpyto as a form of hedge or a bet on crypto in the long run. For myself, I try to keep it to about 3-5% of my portfolio for some crypto exposure.
