Hi Anon,
I believe IBKR Lite is only available in the US and not SG - IBKR tiered pricing is the best way to use IBKR.

IBKR lite is only available to US citizens as far as I know. IBKR pro however is still available to Singaporeans. I use it actually and I think it's good for certain investors while Tiger/moomoo might be better for others. I'll list out the pros and cons and you can see if its something you're interested in.
Pros:
Better FX (spot rate with flat fee conversion)
Lower comms (USD 0.35)
More complex options strategies available (covered call, multi leg strats)
More market access (probably everything youll ever need and also the coveted LSE hehe)
Well-established (largest broker by trading volume in the US, used by institutional investors too)
Dirt cheap margin rates (1.59% at the lowest level and 0.64% at the highest level, based on NLV)
Wide variety of complex order types (market at close, trailing stop, trailing limit etc)
Cons
Inactivity charge may be quite hefty
Desktop app is really quite ugly LOL and a bit laggy on startup
Live prices aren't free but are relatively cheap (1c per snapshot, ~1.50/month for continuous live prices)
