Hi all, does anybody have 2 debit cards and if you do, may I ask why and how you make use of them? Initially, my posb passion debit card is my go to for everything and my ocbc frank account was used as my savings. Now that I registered for a singlife account, I plan to transfer my savings to it as my emergency fund but, now Iām not sure how I should use my frank card/account. Thank you!

Hi Anon,
I think I have 4-5 debit cards lol but I usually only use one of my debit card for all expenses, as it is tied to my expenses account. I do use my passion debit card to earn points when eligible too. I did not take the singlife card as I am only using it to store my emergency funds there.
If you are below 26, can look at standard chartered jumpstart acc and the cashback debit card is quite good as stated by many users here. The account has a 1% fuss free annual interest on the first $20k too!
Regarding the frank account, I believe it has no fall below fee if you are below the age of 26. Else, it is a $2 monthly fee if the amount fall below 1k. You can check all the various debit card details on the bank website to see which suit you best too.

Hello, like Jason, I actually have more than 2 debit cards, about 5/6 actually hahas. You can call me a bit crazy but I think it is rather useful. So then the question is how do I manage all of them and which do I use for what?
I mainly use Standard Chartered Debit card, DBS debit card for most of my expenses as they give the most cashback for most of my spendings.
However, sometimes my passion debit, safra debit card gives more for selected merchants then I will switch over to that. I don't really use Ocbc frank card nor the singlife card. I keep my savings in the highest yielding interest accounts and then only transfer some out whenever I need. Hope this helps!
