Does an existing GIRO arrangement for credit card payment apply to my new card?

E.g. If I currently have a UOB One Card and a Giro arrangement with DBS Multiplier to pay for my monthly card bills. If I were to receive a new UOB Lady's Card and UOB PPV, will these two cards automatically be covered under my existing GIRO arrangement with DBS too? Or must I resubmit the entire GIRO application for each of these new cards?

Also - For UOB users, anyone knows if there's any way for us to see which card is covered under Giro and which isn't?

I do not think so. It is not automatically covered under your exisitng GIRO arrangement with DBS.

There is a separate GIRO arrangement for each credit card account.

You can view your GIRO arrangements in the online banking website, or their mobile banking app. The reference number is usually the credit card account number.
