Do you think it's wise for couples to apply for BTO while still in school?
Assuming their relationship is rock solid and of course the grants are great, but with the uncertainty without a job yet, do you think couples still in school should apply for BTO?

Hi Anon! I think its important for the couples to take their current financial health into consideration before applying for BTO. Yes it is possible that they may not even get a number for the first few tries, but who knows? Its good to consider that some couples may not be comfortable paying for the downpayment so soon despite the grants.
