Any couple that applied BTO when 1 is working and another still studying?

How much loan can you get since your combined income will be low and HDB/Bank won’t loan you 90%/75% of the cost. Is there a way to reassess your income and loan you a higher amount before you collect your keys since when the BTO is complete, it will be 5-6 years time and your partner would be working and the combined income will be higher

I applied for BTO while both of us were studying so we did not get any loan but our income assessment will be deferred till key collection.

If you need a reassessment, inform HDB about it. It is not likely for them to reject you and make things difficult for you.
