Do you prefer eating out with your colleagues during lunch or do you eat alone and save the money?

Finding the right lunch buddy isn't easy.. especially since everyone's budget and preferences is different. I would however prefer to eat alone or dabao so it's more manageable on my wallet. Constant HDL all these also not healthy for the health.

I can totally empathize with this, as I have had co-workers who are extremely high SES and snubb hawker fare.

It is also easy to want to be sociable and agree to eating a '$25++ value-for-money 3-course set lunch' with a high SES co-worker who wants to do so, but if you are saving money and have a goal, stay focused!

I will usually lunch with colleagues, but will find similar minded friends who want to get cheap but good food ;)
