No, there is no need to declare our earnings since there is no capital gains tax. Moreover, dividends paid have already been subjected to corporate tax on profit, and hence is not taxed again.

There is no capital gains tax in Singapore - was abolished in 2008 to make it more attractive for investors to build wealth. For dividends, it's taxed at the fund level and investors do not get taxed again upon receiving them.
