Did FSMOne removed their Dividend Handling Fee?

I remember earlier this year I saw the USD2.50 dividend handling fee. I also saw my dividends got deducted from a fee. Now while I am doing research, I can't find it. Did they just removed it?

They did announce the removal but surprisingly did not advertise it.
