As many Gemini users know, on 4th May, Gemini switched bank accounts to facilitate for faster SGD deposits. However I forgot to change the payee account number, and had sent a deposit to Gemini's old account instead. Will I be auto refunded, or will the money go into my Gemini account? Support has not replied me even after quite a long time. Please help! Apparently many people have problems with the support not replying as well. Any other way to contact them other than a support ticket? Do they have an office in SG?
