DCA Strategy (Endowus S&P 500) - Does it really work? (7 months in) Total invested (End-Jul): $3139 Value (End-Jul): $3548 Simple return (value / cost): 13.3% (~$418)

Monthly buys of $150 (+ ad-hoc investments depending on situation). Very small now but that's the point of DCA.

Now the portfolio seems to be fuss-free and low-cost, and so I don't have much complaints about Endowus. I chose this because it also allows me to invest CPF OA monies (if I wanted to).

Will post on a monthly basis, sort of as a testament of "why DCA works". Join me on my journey!

Oh nvm read it wrongly, by end of july you have put in 3139 sgd worth of money and the portfolio is 3548 sgd.

You might have a typo on the Total invested (End-Jan) not (End-Jul). Otherwise thanks for sharing!...
