Can we use grab - revolut - crypto to purchase usdt/usdc to stake for 10%?

No you cannot, the method you pointed out allows you to top-up your FIAT wallet which does not allow you to purchase coins. To buy USDT / USDC to stake, you'd have to link your StraitsX account to crypto.com, make a bank transfer into StraitsX then purchase USDT/USDC via the crypto.com app for staking of 10% for a 3-month term.

If I wish to upgrade to the jade card in the future what are the cost involve?

To upgrade to the Jade Card, you'd have to stake SGD500 worth of CRO tokens for 6 months (you cannot touch this coin). On top of that, if you'd like to request for the Jade Metal Card, it'll cost you SGD50. Otherwise, if you don't require a metal physical card, you will still get the benefits of a Jade Card (e.g. staking, spending cashback etc.)

I see that I can also stake cro/other coins at a lower interest compare to jade card. Is that worth?

If you want to purchase coins to stake, I believe there are better accounts out there with higher APYs. But if you want to sign up for crypto.com for the cashback and benefits and in the course of it, purchase some coins to hold and stake while the capital appreciates, I think that works also.
