Hello all! would like to understand more about cc. what is the average credit limit to set for credit cards?

In most cases you cant really define your own credit limit, as the banks are the one imposing a limit on your credit.

Usually the bank will decide on a credit limit for you based on your monthly salary (iinw it's typically 3 months or so) but you can also request to change the credit limit if you're afraid that the highest possible limit may be too much
