How can I "increase" credit limit of my credit card per month?

Hi, I am still a university student, I have been using the maybank evibes card for about a year now with a credit limit of $500 each month. However, I have been maxing out my credit limit spending by topping up to GrabPay to get cashback previously and did not know it was bad for my credit score. My question is, can I top up $500 to Grabpay, use AXS to pay for my top up before the bill comes, so that I can free up the credit limit and top up another $500 for big purchases like phones ?
