Confused regarding income ceiling for grants used for purchasing resales flat.

Hi everyone, need some help over here regarding the income ceiling for grants and loans. For example; if one of the couples will change to job and have a new pay how is the income ceiling being calculated?

Hi! After submitting the required payslips and income documents (i.e CPF contribution statements), the HDB will calculate the gross average monthly income to determine the ceiling. Do note that if e.g. one person is only working for 6 months out of the 12 months preceding, HDB will take the gross income of that person to be divide by 6 instead of by 12.

Depending on the type of employment, HDB will look at the preceding 3 months or more of payslips for both applicants during the application to determine the gross average monthly income.
