Citi PremierMiles Visa Card - Miles eligibility for installment transaction.

I believe Citibank recently launched their instalment payment plan to allow cardholders to still earn rewards at the regular rate for instalment payments. So if the transaction you are making is under this program, then I believe you will earn miles. Note that this program is only eligible for selected merchants, and you do not know at the time of purchase whether or not you will be eligible for this IPP. If you are, you will receive an SMS about it asking if you want to opt-in. This is different from the regular equal payment plans that are offered on big-ticket items.
