Citi fraud disputed charges unpaid. I been reported to credit bureau! What do I do. The bank not talking to their departments and it’s a mess resolving. I need help to clear my credibility . Help!

BTW Citibank at waived all charges 2 week s ago after much stress -6 months !! And still didn't repl...
