Cheapest hourly car rental with many locations?

I subscribed to BlueSG, a Electric Vehicle (EV) car-sharing app. It fits 3 out of 4 of your criteria.

You can download the app, it’s free, and explore its features. It charges a flat $0.33/min.

“Many pick-up/drop-off locations”
In the map, you can locate available cars and parking lots. All you need to do is to plan your trip ahead.

“No frills for short errands (3h max)”
They offer a 3-hour package at $39.90 and a 5-hour package for $49.90.

“No need to top-up fuel myself”
All cars are EV so you don’t have to refuel at all. Charging of vehicle occurs when the vehicle is parked at a charging port (which is also the parking lot itself).

BlueSG does charge a $8 membership fee. I signed up last month when there was a promo, which waived off the first month membership.

Personally I think it’s a no brainer as it is much cheaper option compared to Grab. E.g. a 30 min trip from Tampines to Orchard typically costs me $16-$18. On BlueSG it costs me $9.90, inclusive of parking time. As long as I use it at least once or twice a week, it’s more than worth it.
