Cashback On Insurance Premiums

Hi, the annual insurance premium on my NTUC Income (Living Policy) is due soon. Correct me if I'm wrong but it seems that the NTUC portal (unlike other insurers???) does not accept any form of payment via credit/debit cards (and the only way to use any form of credit/debit card is to pay via AXS station / e-AXS / m-AXS ???) . Can anyone advise/suggest on any (latest proven) credit/debit cards, hacks or strategies I can use to get some form of cashback on the insurance premium / AXS payments?
