CarouPay Cashback

I've used my OCBC Frank card with CarouPay a few times, and unfortunately, it didn't trigger any cashback. As far as I know, the merchant code often flags it as a general e-wallet transaction, not eligible for category-specific bonuses. Anyone else had better luck?
