Cannot convert currency?

Hi I want to convert my currency in tiger brokers but they said orders cannot be placed now? is this because market only opens at 930 pm SG Time? I am very confused because I am not buying any stocks at all. can somebody explain please?

Hi, the forex conversion on tiger is open from 6:20am to 4:55am(as stated on website and app) the next day, so timing should not be the issue.
