Can YouTrip Card be used for paying university tuition fees in the UK for foreign students?

I’m trying to avoid extra charges and hope to Use YouTrip as a MasterCard debit card to pay for my tuition fees in the UK as the school accepts payments from MasterCard

The YouTrip card is a Prepaid Mastercard® card that can be accepted as long as accepted payment mode includes Visa/Mastercard and the payment does not involve any of the following:

Online trading and donations for charity
Payment to and from other E-wallets and Prepaid cards
AXS payments(e.g telecommunications, utilities, insurance,etc)
Does not exceed $5k in a single transaction as that is the max limit the card can hold
Does not exceed the $30k annual limit.
