Can Tiger Brokers Stock voucher be used to purchase US stocks?

You can use it for US stocks but note that the exchange rate used isnt the best. So if you're just trying to cash the voucher out, just use SGX ETFs instead to receive the largest reward. Of course, if you're gonna use it on a stock that you intend to hold long term then thats alright too!​​​
