I have a DBS savings account which is linked to my debit card and Multiplier account linked to my credit card. I have been keeping a small sum in my savings account just so that I can withdraw cash from the ATM.

Tried and tested. It is possible, no problems at all withdrawing cash using DBS Altitude Credit Card when it is linked to a Multiplier account.

Yes you can withdraw from your credit card. But, it is considered as a cash advance, like a short-term loan. And it usually comes with very high fees. So do check out your monthly statement on cash advance.
