Can I still opt-out the OCS (optional component scheme) after I opted yes?

Is there any way to opt-out of the OCS when getting a BTO even after I've already said yes? If yes, are there fees that I'll incur because of this?

Did anyone opt in for the trust bank insurance scheme? At 50 cents per month, is that actually a good deal? Am considering to cancel it after the free period but can't find the option to do it.

If i want different tiles for my new BTO, is it more affordable to opt in for OCS and overlay new tiles or go without OCS and start from scratch?
