Can i sell SIA Rights MCBs offered for those shares i bought using CPFIS?

Since The Rights MCBs are not eligible for inclusion under the CPFIS. Accordingly, CPF Funds CANNOT be used to pay for the acceptance of Rights MCBs.
am i able to sell these Rights MCBs for those shares i bought using CPFIS?
