Can I register business entity as a name but run my business as another?

Example I register as "ABC" but runs multiple business under this "ABC" entity as "A-Marketing", "B-Marketing"

You can run your business under a marketing or brand name. However, you have to clearly display your registered business name in all business communications: email, invoices, quotations, etc. So while your customers may know you better by your brand name, from a regulatory standpoint they still need to be able to know your ACRA entity name.
