Can I open a DBS invest savers account although I already have a DBS Vickers account ?

I am planning to invest around $200 - $300 monthly for my mum's retirement in about 12 years time. Currently I am considering DBS invest savers ( ETF, Bonds ETF) but need to know can I open one although I have a dbs Vickers account ?

I do not want to mix my investment account with the one I am doing for my mum.

Are there any other options other than monthly investment plan ? Or should I ask my mum to open a brokerage account while I manage it for her.

Can have both vickers and invest saver. these are separate accounts.

good to have the account under the rightful owner's name. in case touchwood anything happens to one party. unless there is already a Will or trust set up (which in itself is a separate topic).
