Can I convert my Citi Premiermiles VISA to Mastercard while keeping my miles?

Is it possible to convert existing Visa card to Mastercard so that I can link it to Amaze card?

Yes, that is possible. Call up the customer service to make the service request to change your current Visa card to Mastercard.
