Came across this REITS blockchain company called Shareable Asset, thus doing some research. There is little info on Seedly, does anyone else have relevant info to share?

As the website says, it allows people to buy shares of a property in the UK. The main ones previously available are student apartments, old folk’s home etc. The yield is supposedly backed by some of the developers.

The blockchain aspect is to tokenise your share certificate I guess.

I invested a bit in one of the deals but not closed due to some issues on the UK end. So everything is still processing. Not much updates after one Whatsapp message.
