Is it actually possible to purchase insurance policies directly from the company itself instead of buying it indirectly from an FA?
Will the premiums of the insurance policies be cheaper if I were to buy directly from the company instead? (Reason: No engagement/maintenance fees w the FA)
What are the pros and cons of purchasing insurance policies directly from company VS indirectly from FAs?

You can buy whole life, term life, and general insurance directly from an insurance company; it's called direct purchase insurance (DPI).
The pro is that premium will be lower.
The con is that there will be a limit in terms of how much will be covered. If you want a million dollar term life, then you will have to go through an agent.
