Best method to exchange USD using DBS multiplier account

Have some usd in my account. looking to either spend or convert it to SGD. DBS fx rate isn't good.

You can top up to one of the brokerages and use their conversion rates, might be better

If you have more than 10K USD in DBS Multiplier, you can consider FD USD, the interest is 4%? To get more USD first. Once the rate is favorable, then you can covert to SGD?
