Best ILP in the market

May I know what is the best (the most cost-effective) ILP in the market?

ILP has the element of insurance. For the first few years, very significant portion will be used to pay the insurance agent commission. Unless you are looking at buying insurance for protection, otherwise might as well just buy the stocks directly via ETFs.
