Best endowment plans for 21yo? Have set aside insurances and emergency funds. Looking to put $15k into an endowment that lasts around 3years max?

Currently have around $10k in stocks and enjoying great returns (+12%), but am hesitant to invest more due to volatility in the US and world stock economy now, and sg economy looks bleak to me.

Looking for a guaranteed-return endowment plan for short term, around 3years. Baseline is interest above 1.80%. Will not withdraw the funds put into the endowment. Will appreciate and it'll be good if can list down all/several endowment plans i can consider.
