Best bank to bank with?

Which is the bank with the best customer experience (services that actually work, ease of use on website/app, branch queue times) in your opinion? With DBS having so many issues lately, I've already switched out but would like to know the community's experiences.

I'm comfortable with UOB so far - no technical issues and customer service that have always been able to serve me well. interest rate is competitive too.

CIMB and RHB

very competitive interests for loans and fixed deposits.

normal days short queue (unless fixed deposit interests rates suddenly shoot up, there will be long queues to place deposits)

no pesky cold calls selling.
