Bank of China Saving Accounts

Anyone any thoughts on Bank of China smart saver account? Looks decent with salary credit, 3 bills and monthly spend. But pre requisite of BOC multi currency account.

Consistently fetches good interest rates. Money withdrawal is gg to be problem given the inaccessibility of ATMs. Idk if that will encourage more online spending.
