Hello, I’m a fresh graduate looking to reconsider my PA plan. Currently I have an AIA Solitaire PA plan that costs abt $16/month. However, given that my job will be of low risk (i.e. Office Job) and that I rarely play sports, is it worth switching my plan to the Aviva MINDEF plan given that it’s much cheaper ? Thank you.

Depends on what coverage you are looking for.
MINDEF Aviva PA coverage is very limited. It mainly coverage the large accidents that causes you to lose a limb or severe burns. Thats why its premiums is cheap.
For AIA PA, you have benefits like
For myself, I'm currently still NSF thus I've only gotten the MINDEF Aviva PA $600k. Since my medical is fully covered by SAF, I won't require the minor coverage for food poisoning etc. (A&E is 100% free for NSF) However, since I ride motorcycle, the Aviva PA is good if I get into accidents (touch wood).
