Aviva CI plan III vs IV?

I've attached a quick comparison between the older MPCI 3 vs the new MPCI 4.

In a nutshell, Aviva removed the 3 pot system, allowed for multiple early stage claim after a late stage claim, more recurrent CIs, expanded CI list, and some additional options to receive higher payout earlier, and for ICU and benign & borderline malignant tumour benefit.
