At what age would you go for your second bto and why ? More children hence need bigger area?

Wont be a number, prob after the mop of the first place, and as a way to grow my wealth. honestly unless if income catches up, more children might be a deterrant to getting a bigger place, as kids uses a lot of cashflow.
