As phase 3 rolls around, would you rather WFH or alternate between office and home?

Hey Anon! Personally, I would prefer alternating between office and home since there are some pros and cons to working from the office and from home, hence getting to stagger between both would be a good balance.

Since circuit breaker, I think most of us would have gotten used to working from home and the benefits from working from home, that is if you have a conducive environment to work in. Working from home would mean that you cut down on travel time, spending money on office lunches or office clothes, and use that time and money more productively. However, working from office would mean you get the human interaction that most or some of us would have missed since circuit breaker as well as the access to office resources.

I think even once covid is over, most companies would adopt the staggering work week between office and home to be the norm to allow better allocation of resources and money as well.

Alternate. Sometimes, it's more productive to be working alone. Other times, it's easier to communicate (i.e. meetings) in person.
