Work never ends, so do clock out reasonably. After work hours, you can spend some time developing a hobby or socializing. I always have some things planned for the weekend or weeknights that does not involve work.

On a bright side, time goes by fast when you're enjoying yourself. Perhaps that's also the case with you? Haha. So long as I enjoy the work I do, then I don't mind spending the extra time in for the people in the company.

Working efficiently will be the best way to prevent that because tbh no one actually work every single minute from 9am - 6pm. I typically work 4 hours a day and manage to accomplish my task.

the remaining of my time is spent on things I like, such as spending time with my family or working out. :)
