As a full-time student, will any part-time income be considered in the application of BTO?

Currently, my income as a financial advisor exceeds the income ceiling. Am I still eligible for grants?

As long as your income is declared to IRAS, it is considered as part of your income.

The grants have restrictions to it depending on the grants used.

below are the information you can get from HDB about grants and income ceiling.

In applying for BTO, HDB looks at your income via your CPF statements.

It doesn't matter whether or not you're a full-time student. Rather, it's what your declared income (and hence CPF-liable income) is.

As for grants, even if your income exceeds a certain bracket for the grant, you may still qualify for a lower bracket and be disbursed a lower grant amount.

Hope this helps and feel free to drop any more questions!
