As a consumer, do we have the rights to cancel the order after making a purchase which have yet to deliver?

What can we do if the shop refuses?

Every business has terms and conditions of service. I think it is safe to read and agree to them before placing an order.

Unless the shop have any fault, else unlikely. And the shop is not wrong if they dont refund....
