Articles lately have sacrificed grammar for volume. Spotted 2 grammar errors in the Singapore billionaires article.?

4 Budgets require the plural form, "cost" (no "s" at the end)."It was reported by Forbes that Mindray medical devices worth about S$$6.3 million to hospitals hard-hit Wuhan and northern Italy which have been ravaged by the Coronavirus pandemic."
Missing word "donated" or something along those lines?
